How I work

I start by getting crystal clear on the outcome, then I work backward into what has to be true to hit it. From there I design the systems, build the assets, and run the day-to-day until the result is predictable in the numbers. I'm comfortable owning the whole loop myself: strategy, implementation, troubleshooting, and iteration, instead of throwing ideas over the fence and hoping someone else executes.

Products and Offers

I'm a full-stack operator who's owned acquisition, product, and ops inside lean, high-pressure digital businesses.
